re: Greensleeves, Barcombe, Sussex
We thank you for your letter of the 31st ultimo
regarding our advertisement in the Times of August
29th and we have pleasure in enclosing herewith
particulars of the above which is the property in
question.
With regard to the term for which this is
available, we would advise you that it is in
fact available from now until May lst, 1960 and
although we note that you would not wish to take
a property until the end of October it may be
possible to come to some arrangement about the
dates if you are interested.
The property is in excellent condition, comfortably
furnished and in a nice position and, as you will note
from the particulars, the rent asked is 82 gns. per week,
Subject to Agreement.
We look forward to hearing whether or not you are
interested in renting the above and would advise that
an early decision should be made in case any further
